Quality Inn Baker City

This newly-renovated place was a delight to stay in. Everything about it is welcoming--from the front office to the breakfast area to the room itself. I appreciated the new laminate floors (no gross carpeting!!!) and the fact that everything was super clean. Best of all were the desk staff--they seemed to love their job and were very friendly and helpful. After a long day's drive, I was so happy to have found a safe, clean, quiet place to stay--and for less than a Boise campground would have charged me! I highly recommend this Quality Inn--it's a gem.

We arrived on Thanksgiving Day after a long day of travel. The GM was who greet me at the front desk, and was professional and efficient on check in. She also had prepared an entire Thanksgiving meal for the hotel guests. She mentioned that she had several long term construction crews staying there who couldn't go home for the holiday, so she wanted them to have a good TX meal. Turkey, stuffing, potatoes gravy, pies, all the fixins. It was all home cooked and all very good. Welcome for sure. I had packed deli meat knowing many places would be closed on this day in a small town, but this meal was a delicious replacement. Room was clean. Easy access. It was very enjoyable.

The hotel was good, a bit dated, but still good. The breakfast seemed lacking.

About what you would expect for a freeway-close, dog friendly motel. Helpful, friendly staff and clean room. other than that, unremarkable.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had multiple options including batter to make your own waffles, toast, bagels, pastries, granola bars, yogurt,milk, juice, coffee,and tea. As well as breakfast condiments including butter, cream cheese, jelly, and pancake syrup.
